Just got my self the skybox F3, been using the Openbox S11 and remembered I had to do a firmware update.
Can anyone tell me if I need to do the same for the Skybox F3?
Thanks

Hello :)
I have an openbox x3 and I have some questions :
1 - is this a linux box ? where is the console ? :nevreness: I tried ssh, telnet ports, then netsat X_LAN to view which port it is using = TCP, 1003 but still can't open any telnet/ssh on it
2 - is it possible to upload a skybox F3 firmware on the Openbox X3 ? same hardware, same stuff, same features ... If I try it can I still roll back ?

When the X3 came out, everyone said that it was exactly the same as the F3, but if that's the case, why is there different firmware for each box?
I might be tempted to try the latest F3 firmware on my X3, if I can find the time.
