How do I resolve this problem? maibe 93c46 where is stored the password?

I'm not sure about yours but some acer models can be calculated from error code
if you input wrong password 3 times does it give you a system disabled code

If you can take out cmos batt and it will reset bois for you

Remove cmos battery on an acer should do leave it out overnight as capacitor do hold charge and have been known to supply enough charge to give the impression the battery is in but low.
