E81 dash go 45Mk and come back to 40Mk

hi friend

customer phone me about car, guy touch car and now naviggation show error coded on screen, service show -----, and dash go up to 45Mk and come back to 40Km

anybody have idea about location trouble ?

Hi peko,
That's really strange.If screen shows something like "headunit not coded correctly" VIN of headunit (mask,ccc,champ,or cic) doesn't fit to rest of the car most of the time.Easy to be fixed-just recode headunit.
If service shows ---- some or all CBS data got lost(stored in cas and kombi)-just do cbs reset and after that correct the values.
The jumping mileage is really wild.Don't really know but I guess he ?!cked the kombi.I would check dumps of kombi and cas but I think kombi is the problem.

you need to take a look yourself ...
