What tool are you using to read it with?
Are going to do the service miles?
What about the other locations where mls are stored?

This looks like Flash file , not Eeprom file.KM are in Eeprom.

Looking at your past posts, maybe time to change your name from ecu master to something else?

You are not related to andersonmaxi by any chance?

ok.
First, what tool are you using?
Do you realise that you need to do the EZS [key module] and instrument cluster?

To read the ezs, Rosfar type tool would be the choice.

You are asking about the ZGW [central gateway]

This is not essential although it does hold total kms [but it also holds the service records]

The kms are also stored in various other locations, but again dont have to be done.

But, without knowing what tools you have at your disposal its impossible to offer meaningful help.

likewise, you taking nearly a day to reply doesnt endear me to offer help
