Tune is almost OK, but can have a bit more power (lower/mid range).
Is your MAF 100% OK ?

I do not like anything like this one this file.
Congratulate him for using ECM

Of course it could done better, but in my life i have seen other bad horrible mods, so thin is very human and will normaly nothing damage the Engine or something like that ....

No matter what tool is used to tune, ECM, Winols, etc... Important is the man who use the tool. :-)

@cheester
you feel really no difference to original ?

its definately a safe tune but you should be feeling a good difference.

As Eddie says you should log your MAF on channel3 and boost on channel 11. If your not gettting minimum of 800mg/str i would get a new maf

Hello
The tuning is done properly. Since AVB has the small gearbox and clutch and Passat is a heavy car this is a safe tuning. Otherwise the clutch can slip.

its not un common for the clutches to start to go after a remap-esp on the pd.by the time people come for a remap the car/clutch has already done some miles and is worn already.

I personaly do in most cases a bit more IQ at low-mid RPM range and at the dauration maps not increase so much at the high range. but all dependent an customer & car...like filecloud say.

Thanks lads for opinion. Car is driving like on ori map. No difference.
But engine working good. No smoke also. I see this first time :)
No difference after mod.
Maybe you are right with MAF sensor. I will check this and let you know.

Thanks thebigf2, guy will back this week and I will test your file. Its ''stronger'' than my mod file?

bmw320d can you please do my file for 130km :) file what I got would be for around 120km...

Mates can you tell me what else need to be check bc car not driving better on first mod file. I will check MAF sensor but what else can be a reason?

Comparing files is great.

But have you done the basics and logged to check operating parameters? E.g are you making requested boost for either file? Are all sensors performing correctly?

You need to be certain of all of this before experimenting with different files.

Hello
What do you expect from a stronger file? If car does not show any improvements on a file that definetly makes +40Nm of torque something must be defect on your car!
If you can do it yourself then use VCDS and log the values before and after and post full scans here.
If you cannot do it bring your car to the dealer and let him check it.
Or do you simply want to get as many files as possible for one ecu to understand tuning? Then please ask directly.
greetings,

Filecloud ,
Ofcourse is something wrong with the car but the car will be fixed anyway and I would like to check my tunner placig map on this forum. Just starting chiptuning, never check the parameters before job.
Never got this situacion, now im know that airflow metter is gone.

Had a quick peek and its not a very well calibrated in my opinion.

Duration map raised but axis not touched? and original highest IQ axis is already higher than tuned torque limiter max IQ.

N75 not touched

Boost limit map tuned by percentage.

Duration map is changed so that it actually injects more fuel at higher IQ's. The std map the duration rolls off so you aren't getting the true IQ. Of course you never know the exact IQ without flow testing but this looks a good approximation.
