I have tried with etl and upa but not successed to read the mcu???
its not securized????

read just with etl 0L01Y-MC9S12DT256CPVE

possible with xprog m?
which msk must select and for securised mcu or not????

mcu is secured !

you have a six point the bottom of the mcu

3 4
5 6

1-BKGD
2-GND
3-n.a
4-reset
5-n.e
6-vcc

extal and gnd on oscillator
look on MCU pinout for XCLKS pin ,you must connect it also

with xprog must chose Motorola hcs secured and then MC9s12 eprom or flash
