BMW 520i 1997 MS41 immo off

Hi. I need help with MS41 ECU from BMW 520i 1997. I need immo off, because EWS stopped working. Actually one off chips inside EWS gets hot, so probably that's the problem. I got no time to look closer as car is 600km from home. So immo off is the easiest solution. Can someone do immo off on my original file or correct the checksum on immo off file. Also do i need to give 12v to 18 pin on diagnostic plug while programming with galletto?

My second file attached is done with this program, but checksum is incorrect. That's why I am asking to help correct checksum. I know that I can use it without checksum corrected, but then ECU gives fault codes.

marcin003, it seems that your file is complete flash file, but I got no programmer to write that chip, so I can't check yours.

PS: If someone can't get work MPPS on BMW, just change k-line pull up resistor inside interface from 510 Ohm to 1000 Ohm.
