I am afraid that due to the size of dish required for the Arabic Sports Channels namely ADMC sport on Badr6 26? east you would need in the region of a 3m + size dish for reliable reception.
There are other alternatives for your F5 and Multi satellite viewing with a motorised dish but most of these cannot be discussed on the forum, Have a read around at which satellites you may be interested in for the football and if you get stuck come back and ask.
Your Current 43cm 28.2? east dish can be moved to pick up few powerful satellites but the best advice would be to keep that where it is and invest in a Motorised system.

Your probably looking at the more powerful satellites like 23.5? east 19.2? east 13? east etc... thats with your current 43cm just by moving it around on its current wall mount and adjusting the skew needed for the other satellites. Bear in mind that due to size you wont get all the Transponders due to beam coverage and the size of the dish.
The most popular Mod for the dish is to get another LNB and cable tie it to the original one which should give you most channels on 19.2? east with that aid of a diseqc switch.
But this will take time and patience for the alignment but it can be done if your on a budget, But personally i would try and invest in another dish and a motor to reap the real benefits.

It must just be pure coincidence that your channels scramble when you use your phone..

DECT phones can cause interference to High Band Transponders if the main unit is placed near a satellite receiver, can be either bad shielding in the cable or the receiver itself.
