ecu not comunicate with e87 year 2007

hello!
I have e83 3.0 L year 2007, car start but instrument not communicate with ecu!
the ecu installed is: 0 281 013 253
this car have ews4 unit box not cas3 box!
my friend said me that the ecu not original for this car,I haven't found original ecu in my country!

my question is:
possible to change the can wire position for instrument on this ecu?
what's position my ecu must working????

try to rebaling with hot air....and ready to go..becarefull when open the ecu ...probably the pcb to broken
