Your dump is not correct it has 513 bytes and must have 512 bytes!
I've deleted the last two "0" that did not belong there in my opinion and now is 512 bytes and my TagKey see the dump right.

Compare the two dumps.
Also have in mind that the mistake could be somewhere else so try read it again.

LE: by comparing with this dump http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/f178/opel-antra-called-chevlet-captiva-176019/ looks that those two zeros were not from there indeed!

Chevrolet Captiva , you don't need Pin code .
AVDI for Opel can do it via OBDII , tagkey tool via Dump , also Tango and Tmpro can do it .

With special ID 46 precoded transponder.
And I'm guessing that must work with OPCOM under Antara if it has it. Don't know for sure.

No , you can use Virgin PCF7936 to do this Job .

From my memory I remember that ZedBull has in Transponder production ID46 especially for Captiva.
That's why I said he needs precoded.
