Renault scenic 1.9dti 0281001877 problem after immo off

Memory 24c02, one plug ecu. I have only 3500 rpm after immo off. I used new 24c16, program new dump, lift 7 leg and connwct to 8.

as I sad 10000 times about renault 19DTI this is very bad solution, ECU will not be able to store DTC's with wp eprom, make virgin using original eeprom and fit emulator, I have done so over 30 times and no problems at all...
