Berlingo pin

My dear friend I have problem whit berlingo 1.9 engine and the problem is BSI.Inside have TOO menu water and everything is going down.
I put virgin dump in new (second hand) bsi i make configuration but!!!!!!!!!
ENGINE ECU LOCK
PUMP MODULE LOCK
Bsi is Siemens whit eprom 95160
ECU is Lukas
Pleas for help.

is this eeprom from old or new BSI, it looks like virgin, no PIN, no VIN...
