RCD310 somebody damaged eeprom

Somebody try to read the eeprom from rcd310 and acidently damaged the data inside
I am not familary with car radios but my friend ask me to help him

This is dump that he read from the radio

The radio is not starting . It is 100% becouse of bad dump in eeprom

If anyone can give me a hand

in the .text file contains information about pin, dump has not been tested, try hopefully do.
