im working on my own golf 4 1.8T with a Garret GT3076R since 6 years. When logging data on second measuring block under full load I can read only 16.32ms injection time (I know the real values are higher du to different lambdas depending on ecu timings with the same 16.32ms values).

For diagnostic there is a cut off value seted to 16.32ms somwhere. I would like to be able to read the real values and so to increase this value.
Where is it located? I think it is 8 bit? or 16LoHi?
Big thanks in advance

Thanks, there are more then 500HP the airmass listed is for fakeing the ecu not to generate to high load signals, the real mass is between 1.9-2.0 times higher ;)

sorry I forgot to upload the org. file, it is in this post attached.

I need to know the location of the diagnostic limiter for the injection time :)

Thank you

Hello
One working cycle, which means 2 revs, at 7300rpm takes 16ms. So the display shows the injector is continously open!!
Regardless what the limited diag channel tells you: Your injectors are too small or your pressure is too low.

Hi, injectors there were deka 630cc and boost at 7000rpm about 1.9 Bar exhaust temp. before turbine was 880?C. But yes you are right, injectors were to small therefore i allready bought 850 dekas.

But at 6000 rpm the maximum time is greater 60/3000=20ms and this limiter makes me headaches :)

... i meant fuel pressure, not boost ;-)

Ah ic, no fule was fine 3bar at 0bar in plenum, proportional increase (4.5 at 1.5).
here is a video with a smaller gt2871r
