gogalv, I think you are wrong on both calculations, mine being about 1,030 km. and the other about 965 km. So what do you make 1,000 km. to be . Arthur.

Perfect would appear to mean either 1,000 km or very close! Arthur.

Looking for a fourth option?

I calculated:
Original: 6590km
Teed: 1969km
Cracker: 1018km
Gogalv: Wrong algo, anyhow got 872km

If you sum up all 32 mileage entries you will find a multiplier of about 2.122 to calculate final km value. Quite unusual to do such complicated operation on a tiny processor. Anyhow, I found this multiplier on different Japanese odometers. Any idea what is the unit of this? Or is it just some number of wheel turns? But multiplier is common to different kind of odometers.

Or in few other words: The odometer shows 6% more than stored in dump.
