BMW e46 318i immo off

BMW e46, 318i, 1.9, ECU Bosch M 5.2 will not start and have no communication with the engine via the OBD connector. All fuses and relays are OK. All power is supplied to the ECU. Connected to the table communicates via pin A3 (k-line), but the pin is on the vehicle free.
I think the ECU is not good.
If I can find another ECU, how to replace?
Since I can read flash with MPPS flasher,
whether it is enough to enter the flash to the new ECU ?

Just remove flashrom 29F200 from old ecu.
Resolder flashrom to new ecu.
Cars will start 100%.
