My car is not starting

I have E65 2002 model ,
the engine won't start any more , so i used asl ,in scan with sp2 and auto come this error code

(( 2737 EWS 3.3 anti-tampering protection )) >> what is that ?

I can't erase th code , that means there is some parts not working , but what is that anti-tampering protection thing !!!

can any one help me please or let me know what to change ?

Find someone who is working with bmw on you'r surround with right toll to make sinhrinization between ecu and cas module that means that these modules need to be cooperating between because in these time seems they don't
