hello fellas I have a problem with a internatinal prostar 2010 with cummins 871 does not leave me to do regenerate(dpf) what I have seen in my lap I have the insite pro PLUS, but when i connect changes it me automatic to PRO (only) and that level does not leave me to do the generation and clean inactives codes(why???) I remove the interface usb and from the laptop and changes to PRO PLUS again??? has idea because changes to me, but already test with another 2 laptop and the same thing but only with this truck anothers trucks no problem, thanks in advance;)

I've seen the same thing. Insite will switch to whatever version best fits the vehicle it's connected to.

Some codes cannot be cleared with the newer versions of Insite if the ECM is password protected. Especially emission faults.

Same here, check if ECM is not password protected,
I have yet to see anything use Pro Plus,
Pro is the highest you can go on on highway engines

thanx guys!! You know that I will break all the password with zapit ecm and OEM and i use the master and insite does not change.but to clean inactive codes are all the options at window have been erase (color grey) and what I have to do with right click to clean inactivescodes is very rare, do you know if in this case it is necessary to insert home made the room boot for better communication strait ?

Did you try to disconect from ECM and reconect, maybe that will do the trick

this is for keygen ....i have a lot of this in my time..always the same..when you use many time in key this happen...
