Had one running for around 3 months, all been well. Now ive just started getting issues,

1) Re- boots out of the blue. Not often but it happens

2) crashes (frozen screen and box) literally on any channel paid or free, no remote or box buttons work to reset it apart from the actual on and off switch on the back. This has happened around 5-6 times in two weeks roughly, getting more frequent.

All this has happened since i had to make the move to wifi connection over ethernet due to a torn cable. Coincidence or not? Anyhow im unsure so some help would be cool. Thanks

You upload the Firmware Via USB pen drive and the firmware can be had from here: Download / Software / Skybox F3/M3_Shenzhen Yojia Technology Co., Ltd. (http://www.yojiatech.com/a/Support/Download/Skybox_F3/)

Ive still got this issue, could it be firmware related? As i was fine for a month or so then it started...

try a older firmware, see how it goes, have you updated it recently ?, make sure you have your gift details if you have one before any resetting, otherwise you could lose details of gift,

I havent updated any firmware since ive had the box no, im a bit unsure on doing it though in case i do indeed muck it up gift wise.

I do believe it could be firmware related though as it doesnt always do it. So it doesnt seem like its overheating...

dump your gift onto usb stick via menu first before update
