yes, you can do immo off in ecu

That is normal because key is not match to cluster.
Try pin = 09378

If not working , then data in the dash in bad.

Write this file , use Pin 01153 and program keys ,job done.

This is Immo 2 and it will not work even if you transfer keys. Key in Immo 2 do not lock , so it has to be programed every time you have different dash install.
If is Immo 3 then it can be clone/transfer to other dash.
