reflashing and updating tacho clone

Hi guys

my mate has a couple of the older clones with 2007 software on them

now, i have the no updating and no lock flash files i got from my china man who sold me mine
i have ic111 and ic112 and 24c02
are these the only ones i need to reflash to get his tacho's up to latest version and grafting again ?

or do i need to change the xtal and 74hc and 12f629 also ?

any help greatly appreciated

if synk no displey need only program 24c02

but they have older software on the box
so wanted to update the flash files too
do we need to do the pic chip too ?

The counter is in the 24c, the software is split between the two others..
