ok, I dont normally need to ask for help in this department, BUT HERE GOES:-
became increasingly hard to start - owner changed injectors after testing for leak back - all faulty.
car worked for 1 week, then not starting. Cheched injectors again and tested ok.
Cant remember exact fault code but it was down to wiring or ecu.
replaced ecu from a known good runner and car worked great for 1 day, then same again.
Fuel presure ok, crank/cam sensors ok, injectors are injecting fuel, smoke coming from exhaust, but wont run without easy start.
injectors replaced again from known good runner, egr blanked off, high presure pump replaced, rail & presure sensor replaced, fuel system flushed & primed, ecu update done, still just cranks over and sound like its just about to start, but no.
smoke from exhaust, so injectors are injecting fuel.
HAVE I MISSED SOMETHING HERE???? Pulling my hair out on this one.
