new engines cummins isx model 2013

Hello fellow forum, I have the following case, try scanning a tractor with Cummins ISX international, 2013 model, I use the Nexiq interface, but I could not link back, try all the settings and had no success, anyone know if I change settings Cummins new diagnosis?

the message appear is no communication with the interface, i try in 3 trucks and the same problem... anybody help me??

Are you using Cummins Insite v7.6? If so, go back to v7.5. This is a known issue.

Another possible solution is that Nexiq came out with new drivers last week. Please down from nexiq.com and test again with v7.6.

if is international try new connection with j1708 how many pins this connector have 6 0r 9 ?if is 9 j1939 no work autoconnection no work eater !! and what error do you receive 5202 or 03 ? cm 871 and cm 2250 is the same !!let know us !!

It is not the truck,it is between your laptop and the interface.And use 1939 for all of the newer engines.
