dear my friends.i need help about chrysler 300 crd ecu.there is a igbt ransistor HGTG7N60A4D on it not working.what can i use for replace it?vrt is not giving any idea.ihave lots of ford and mercedes ecus.
HGTG7N60A4D s ecu part number bosch 1 038 310 435
