they wont do it because its not registered to me!, we bought it some time ago of someone

You're only other option is a stand alone company like officialiphoneunlocker.co.uk
Very good service but expensive- expect to pay 60-80 pounds.

Or get a payg sim from the provider, register the sim, insert in phone, log into said provider and register phone with your sim and then ask for an unlock. I've done it with o2 twice :)

Likewise ... all went no probs at all. ?15 if I remember correctly.

Any of the other so called unlocks are just a waste of money ... plus probably more than ?15 to start with.

She wants to go on giffgaff , presently on orange,EE. ?29 on iPhoneunlocker ! Still expensive and 7-10 day wait. Can no body here do it?, as to be factory though then no bother

I think Orange make you wait 6 months before they'll unlock though Micky, so may be a while. Can't beat a factory unlock though.

Micky 29 quid for a factory unlock that's a good price. Remember it will be unlocked for life, to any network.
