so all you need is the cheese, cut into slices about as thick as thin sliced bread, wet the slices of cheese with a little water and dust with flour, pat them to remove excess flour, then fry in a pan with about a tablespoon of any cooking oil you have, make sure the oil is very hot before you put the cheese in the pan, then fry on both sides for about two minutes drain on paper towel serve with some nice wine (dreamer) give it a try makes a nice snack, ps if they are cut to the shape of a fish finger they look better
