Punto 2 strange

Dash is showing 200 Km/h even when your going like 30 Km/H... Abs and handbrake light is on but i couldnt find abs unit in car, cant test it also... Is it possible that someone changed ecu??? Any experience???

You could start for change by a used one and see the result...
