Bosch ecu 038906019A (VW passat 1.9TDI PD '99)

Hello, i Have VW passat B5 '99 1,9TDI PD 85Kw. Motor AJM. In the forums i have read, that this ecu can't be readed over ODB. How can i read it on table:

1. Only desolder chip and read it with programmer?

2. I own tools like BDM100, Galletto 1260 and MPPS. Can it be readed with that tools on table? Maybe some help :)

what you want to read flash or eeprom ?
For flash galleto and for eeprom vag commander help you

i need to read flash of ecu. I think over OBD i cant read it, not sure. so need your advice.
