autocom 2012.3 problem

hy to all,

i have problem with autocom 2012.3

I bought it last week, but today when it wanna test it i have problem.

It works generic obd, but i cant read fault codes, reset service intervals,...via OBD

What is the problem?

maybe the activation is not very good

activation is ok, i updated firmware sucesfully to, and everyithing is ok, only obd is not working. i have succefully recieve VIN number using autocom to.

Problem is only when i wanna make changes which requiare obd connection.

Your Main.exe have connected itself to Internet.

ANd the soft is blocked I think.

internet was off when i install autocom

do fresh install re activate sometimes creates bug on install

yes but even sometimes better to use comodo firewall and block program from internet

goto C:\Program Files\Autocom\Cars CDP and rename wyUpdate to wyUpdate1 , it wont update then till you change it back

someone mentioned that maybe i have broken CAN and k-line transcievers, can someone tell where on this board i must look

the can trancivers are market with red
