28F400 as far as i know it holds only maps, mileage is stored in mcu HCS12 or some variations of these.

which year is car?
is it 2007 and up, then you have it 25320 or 95320

the old CEM module to 2007....not have KM

in the dash are km (HC12), in the CEM are miles showing on the dash so miles

To write the eeprom and flash 912DG128 dash.
If doesn't help then in CEM.
I helped only in dash.
