Xprog-m green pcb Q10

Does any one knows what transistor is Q10 on xprog-m 5.0 green pcb? On mine It is fried and I don't know whit what to change.

hi there !
my xprog clo green pcb stop workink by (com) port ! led"s not light !
but by USB work good !
I change the DC/DC converter but still no luck !
check the voltage in the regulator and got 12v and 5v !
what could it be ?!

@ KOSTIK was right. I changed the transistor and a 5v zenner diode (was shorted) and the programmer works like a charm.
