Avalon'02 lost all keys

I've got Avalon'02 without any keys . The customer left whole colomn stering with one black key from another car. I put needed parts back to its places and I really need to virginaze my engine ECU or immo off help. Can some body help me unlock this IMMO please.

I know this post is old, but I'm hoping you're still on here and can respond. I tried downloading the file, Avalon'02_89661-07340_IMMO add key1.rar (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=182947&d=1363673416), and it asks me to log in, like I don't have access to it for some reason. I have the same computer and was hoping to use this file to virginize mine. I tried the method on another web site of zeroing everything (except for FB DF 5A 69) and that didn't seem to work. Honestly I'm wondering if the key I got online might be defective...a non-programmed chip. Is there any other way of downloading this file to see the contents compared to mine?
