mini cooper 1996

hi lads looking for some help here please

my friend has mini cooper 1996 hes been doing up for 2 years on and off
hes made cracking job but has starting problem
immo light is off on dash
spark to plugs ok
fuel gets to carb but goes no further

if put some fuel in carb engine starts no problem

has the ecu immobilized the fuel from carb?

Hi
I do not think immo cuts fuel inside the carb
Change the carb for known working one,
or strip carb and check float valve incase it is stuck,
remove jets and check for blockages
check fuel pressure

immo would cut spark. there s something wrong with the carb
