Help Benz W202 220cdi EZS no key recognition

Please help me to try to understand.... I have the ezs out of the car, it doesn't recognize any key, can somebody tell me how to repair it? I have to read 1D69J motorola mcus?

With xprogm it's ok? It has bdm pins?

It can be XPROG. I read the I ak = -400
