Hello friends
I need your help to install a ecu used in an Alfa Romeo.
the original ECU is damaged, the customer has gotten a used ecu.
Please could you tell me what is the procedure to match the ecu immo?.
BCM has been reviewed and the key is engraved and is recognized by the immo, the only thing missing is that reconosca the engine ecu.
Thanks for your feedback

- specify the type of car, the ECU software versions of the new. - this is 105CV, 120CV or 150CV Alfa Romeo 147 ?... - you need to have the file immo-off and the original file for this version of the ECU.... - I usually I use to read and save the file to the ECU, the Galletto 1250/1260.

leave pin 15 on the battery live and put a on/off switch on the rest

i did not bother with resistor on boot pin

boot pin then power if you don't have switch on ignition you loose the last bit of the dump

read them link above

Dear friends, I decided to put a file in the immo ecu out of this vehicle.
Can you tell me if I have to do extra work to start the engine?
that is, you have to cut a cable or disconnecting any component?
it is a funny thing has happened, I am comparing the file AcAV read, with the file you posted "EuroScan" in post number 3 and I see that is exactly like my.

Please help with a file to the ecu immo off 0261206708 and the procedure to start this vehicle?
Thank you for your help.

You have to get a file with immo off to the engine computer 0261206708. otherwise it will not work.
Post your original file and I'm sure that will help friends solve your problem.

- read ORI file from ECU, save. - make boot mode, write immo-off, restart ECU. - write ORI file, it is ALL. - in file look at adress 0x 10000, 0x10190 , 0x10880.

- read ORI file from ECU ( Understood)

-save. (Understood)

- make boot mode ( I understand that you have to put the pin 20 to ground, is that correct?

- write immo-off (Understood)

- restart ECU. (I do not understand this part, as you have to restart the ecu? You mean open the contact to ON and OFF? Can you explain the procedure in this part?
maybe you mean start the engine but I'm working on my desk and I have no way to start the engine because the car is too far from here.

- write ORI file ( Understood)

in his post that has sent multiple files immo OFF. I have to choose the file that corresponds to 0261206708, we agree?

thanks for your help

Ohhh that is going to be fun. Understand you have to crank engine for the immo off file to wipe the eeeprom
then reload orginal flash

if you have to mail ecu there and mail back again. Or just leave immo off file in thrn drive car back to your shop

- please use 147 virgin flashe.bin. - this file is only for ECU eeprom to delete the information about the previous keys, so you need reset the ECU (ECU supply OFF-ON). - file-immo-off uploading to ECU car should not ride.
