Android hdmi stick

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, anyhow does anyone know what these hdmi sticks are like I have seen one advertised on fleabay for ?99.99 and it allows you to view channels and sports from all over the globe by streaming does anyone own one and is this a fair price. The seller loads something extra on it from what I can make out.

Sounds like a mk808 android stick running xbmc but could be wrong.
Got one here meself....its an mk808b running a rom by finless bob v1.7
Got xbmx on it with icefilms,1channel,live streams etc...?99 is a bit steep tho.

I seen 7 inch android phone with 3g, mostly tablet every one hears conversation except for special earphones(for 80 on 50 percent off sale) with HDMI out built in? Works good for internet when no wifi or using Mack (10) Donalds. The phone pushers are wanting 100 percent. Early cancelation 50 a month for tether and limit that kenow to 2 gig ( one high fi movie) first born son and all the daughters you can take?
