What ecu is this? I can't really make sense of this file either. Can I have the ecu part number and possibly engine serial number? Is this a common rail fuel system or a electronically controlled mechanical style pump?

This should be a level 9 ecu. If you can read via can line, then maybe I can help you. File size should be 32kb. Attached is a picture of the possible location.

Here is the pin-outs to read via CAN. L11 & L9 ecu is the same pin-out.

I see that it shows L11 for 8220. This is L9. I would look in the list for a L9 ecu. It will not matter if the tractor model doesn't match. Also, your file is good so maybe it works ok to read as L11. They are almost the same.
