how read tms470 with J-LINK

I have the J-LINK v8 ARM debugger interface, how select and read tms470?

Set to read from address 0000 to address 3FFF.
Valid for TMS470R1VF288

In the program go to File / Open and confirm PROJECT/TMS470R1A288.
then in OPTIONS / PROJECT setings / FLASH option in start-end sector is set to END 0x3FFF
