upa usb don't recognize ....

hello . yesterday when i connect my original upa on the pc appear one message : unownon device.
someone had the same problem?i need help guy's

Did you try to go to device manager in computer and scan for hardware changes?

i change 3 new usb cable's , i scan for hardware changes , i try to other 3 pc's ....nothing

i had the same problem, when i install new version (it updated firmware, it change vendor id)
i had to install old soft 11070, after that program update upa again with old firmware and everything went to normal
