Yamaha xmax 250 immo

Hello.
I have a 2012 yamaha xmax with lost key.
I have opened the reader on the ignition, but there is no memory inside, only this ic with part number 5SL-11 1040KX40.
CDI unit is Moric and this is what is written on it 37P1 37P102M11Q0D4B.

Someone knows what to read or where is the key info that i can make new key?

Possible to make new key. MASTER key are stored in ECU. :)

In ECU 1 key is stored. I think this is MASTER key system, use ID4D chip. Read it ECU memory device.

Do you know where the eeprom is located in the ECU? Not that i cut all ECU in pieces.

Ok. Have i have found eeprom s93c56 inside Moric ECU. I post dump.

I see 1 key data in file. Maybe MASTER key...If this MASTER key system, have 2 black and 1 MASTER key in reader. Try to search external S29190 Eeprom in reader (on top).

There is no external S29190 eeprom, only mcu. I think only way is tmpro2........

This is moric2.no S29190.

Until now i didn't found any solution , other that buying Tmpro2 or OBDMAP. This tools are very expensive for me only for doing this one job.
Is there anybody here in Europe , that i can send the Immobox and then he can generate me key for this immo? For money of course.
