single epg question

on the single epg...like on the pic here......each time i go to it, it may have a channel half way down the list selected rather than the first channel at the top of the list.
is there a setting to make it go to the top of the list and first channel each time on each section ?

This is because its on the channel u are currently watching, u may be able to change if u have a play about with the settings whilst in the single peg screen I posted above.

Press menu and settings and u can have a change around, write down how it is now though incase u forget what u have changed
