Original eeprom is corrupt, I've seen this sort of eeprom pattern before. Looks like its the TMS program that has altered it to this state. Ficho's reset is good.

BAD NEWS FREENDS ......I TRY TO REWREETE FLASH AT MCU TMS470R1VF48....AND MCU LOKED NOT ACCES TO WRETE FLASH AFTER ERASING SECTORS ,HOW HAVE SOLUTIOS FOR THISE SITUATION?HELP PLEASE!!!!!MYBE ANATHER PROJEKT FILE FOR J LINK?

Maybe flash content isn't erased, try to program eeprom only and see if radio powers up correctly. BTW get newer version of JLINK soft.

Try Erase Chip, then after that you should be allowed to flash complete content.
Download newer version of segger software.

but i have anather mcu ..not erasible...haw can i write my flash in thise mcu? keys not erase !!!!!!please help!!:giveup:

Here is your eeprom rebuilded. Dot reflash MCU use your original contents! To Unlock cpu try with key's 000.. You need to send unlock commands sequence. Just see in j-link project files how-to ...
