hello sir in my vehicle vw polo (2012) heater light blinking and malfuntion light also coming what should i do can any one tell me i went to vw showroom also but im facing same problem i put scanner and the trouble codes are 16216,,16211,,15941,,15562,,16254,,15530,16265,,.. what should i do can any one tell me plz

go back to the dealer and pin somebody up the wall - is it not under warranty?

You probably have a wiring issue, hince u got that many dtcs.
