Skybox F3 Help!

Hello I'm a newbie sorry how can u update my skybox f3 having major difficulties

hi you have to download software and put on usb stick to up grade

do you have to back up the firmware thats on the skybox before updating to a later version? just got my box today, and want to update it and the channel list that the guy called aj provides

If ur box is brand new be sensible try it out first don't go messing with firmware unless u need to .These boxes aren't like cable boxes requiring regular upgrading.Do add the new channel list to add the changes made last week
