Help with Cat ET

Hello everyone I knowthat the answer to my questions are in here somewhere but I cant fid the thred. I have cat et 2011b installed and licenced but I cannot choose my usb link adaptor to read ecm. The option is greyed out and says it is not selected. Anyone have this problem before

Do you have RP1210 compliant device selected?

Also, maybe upgrade your USB Link to the latest driver. They have new firmware in them as well.

i have the latest version of the nexiq drivers installed but I think the problem has something to do with it being installed in windows 7

Is Bluetooth an option? If neither work you may need to reinstall

reinstall nexiq or cat et

install and license ET 2009b first then upgrade to 2011b
known issue
