i have the above 700 version and would like to know if there is any way i can use and watch IPLAYER on it, if I press RED i get the box menu and not iplayer. also have freeview on the tv but again can not get iplayer to work on that.

You cannot get interactive with a 700. They are only deisigned to receive and do not talk back.
