Mercedes 722.9 scn coding offline help

I need help for a friend, we want to scn code a new gearbox without the possibility to do online.
I see that we can do with expensive software, can somebody give me information or a way to do with das developer licences ??

scn have two side.one is repair the all ready instal software.secont format and re instal again.not posible offline for security stage as trt.trt called by mercedes everything is security as ezs-ke-7gear automatic.what the reason to do scn?you use a used egs ecu?

I need to do scn and ism unlocking because it's a 164 ml.
Perhaps I can have the old the ECU.
