Best box to upgrade from Dm800HD

Looking to upgrade from my reliable dm800hd which will be going to my bedroom, so i want a better box for my sitting room and just wondering which box you lads advise me to get.
The main thing im looking for is to be able to record one channel and watch another and setup the likes of series link or the likes.
I also found the the dreambox very user friendly so ease of use is a must and a good epg.
I was looking at VU+ but am open to others aswell as clones.

easier than a dm800 as you use ethernet on the dm and usb on the vu
anyone who knows how to setup a dm will find a vu much easier and many tools and channel lists are the same too
