Hello Guys,

Creators of PDF files have the option to set certain security settings on documents. Security options include the ability to require a password to open, edit or print the document. If the recipient doesn't have the correct password, she will not be able to open the document. The document must be opened in Adobe Acrobat to get by and remove the Adobe PDF security settings for the file.

1. Right-click the PDF file and click "Open With."
2. Select "Adobe Acrobat" from the list of programs and click "OK."
3. Click "Advanced," "Security" and then "Remove Security" from the main menu bar.
4. Click the "Security" tab in the "Document Properties" window.
5. Click "No Security" in the "Security Method" menu.

Thanks
