Help to read Motorola MC9S12DG128 (L40K)

Hi , i try to read with upa that motorola , on a fiat bsi , i make it like upa pdf says but no luck.
I have
VCC 0V
BKGD 0.16V OK
RESET 1.32V BAD
VDD 4.60V OK


Any ideas , its my first time i use upa for motorola.

Thanks for your help , finally manage to read it lifting reset leg as stefaudio says.
